Voice prothesis

The Provox2 Voice Prothesis System, supplied by Atos Medical AB are electrically nonconductive, nonmetallic, and nonmagnetic and have therefore no potential interaction with the MR field. They are solely manufactured by plastic material and silicone rubber and therefore the devices are considered to be MR-safe, as defined in ASTM F2503

Tests have been performed showing that Provox2 is fully compatible in a 3 Tesla Philips Achieva.
